How a piece is made
Pieces are printed on an FDM printer in PLA: the filament is drawn off a spool, melted, and laid down in thin layers until the shape is finished. One piece is printed at a time. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be bought, so an order and a print are the same event.
What the figures on a product page mean
Every product lists its size and its weight, measured off the finished piece. Those two figures tell you more than a paragraph of description would: how big the object is on a desk, and what it weighs in a hand.
